★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な花束を作って下さると思っていたので毎年こちらで花束をお願いしていましたが、今年は本当に残念でした。花束をお願いしたのに花がほとんどなく、植物ばかりの花束が届きました。バランスや形が綺麗ならともかく花が飛び出たりしておりまとまりが無く、ここまで納得できない花束は初めてでした。
金額もある程度ありました。もしその金額で花束が難しいのであれば一言お電話頂きたかったです。しかし、だいたいの相場を忘れてしまっていたので相談した際に言われたお値段で花束をお願いしました。その時にでもこのような花束になるなら教えて頂きたかったです。他にも花束の高さなど、お願いした注文が全く反映されていませんでした。
家族のお祝い事だったので、他の家族も同じ値段帯で他のお花屋さんで、花束を頼んで居たようですが、私の花束だけ緑ですごく浮いてしまいました。
ここのお花屋さんの花束は間違いないと期待していた分、本当に残念です。

However, I almost forgot the quotes, so I asked for a bouquet at the price that I was told when I consulted. Even then, I wanted to know if it would be such a bouquet. In addition, the requested orders such as the height of the bouquet were not reflected at all.
It was a celebration of my family, so it seems that other families were asking for a bouquet at another flower shop at the same price range, but my bouquet just floated in green.
I was very disappointed because I expected that the flowers at the flower shop here would definitely be there.

これだけで管理が上手なんだろうなぁと思いました。
今回は欲しいものが見つからなかったので未購入ですが度々見に行きたいお店でした。
