★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で半世紀以上続く和菓子店です。『建具最中』・『黒糖ようかん』・『だいふく』・『草餅』等が美味しいです。季節ものとしては、桜餅・柏餅・お月見団子・等があります。その他、地元の神社の例大祭の時には、お供え用の餅・御赤飯・紅白のお餅・葬儀時のお饅頭等、オーダーメイドでお願い出来ます。
原材料にこだわり、、小豆は北海道産の大納言を使っています。
商品は、店頭の他、地元の温泉施設の『四季彩館』『農産物の直売所』でも販売しています。
観光のお土産に買い求める人も多いですね。
町内の和菓子店は以前は10件位あったと聞いていますが、現在では4件ほどです。
人口の減少は仕方ありませんが、地元の和菓子店が今後も続いていって欲しいと願うところですね。
It is a Japanese confectionery store that lasts for more than half a century locally. "During fitting", "Kokuto Yokan", "Daifuku", "Kusamochi", etc. are delicious. Seasonal items include Sakura Mochi, Kashiwa Mochi, Otsukimi Dango, etc. In addition, at the local shrine's annual festival, you can order rice cakes, red rice, red and white rice cakes, buns for funerals etc.
Sticking to the raw materials, azuki beans from Hokkaido are used.
Products are sold at stores as well as at local hot spring facilities such as "Shikisaikan" and "Agricultural Products Direct Sale".
Many people buy it as a souvenir for sightseeing.
I heard that there were about 10 Japanese sweets stores in the town before, but now there are only about 4.
There is no way to decrease the population, but we hope that the local Japanese sweets shop will continue.
