★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟光を契約しようとしている人は絶対にやめましょう。一番はじめに電話したのが3月の上旬です。その時に、4月7日午前中工事予定、早くてもその日しかない、むしろ空いていて良かったですねと高圧的な態度で対応されました。そして４月7日当日、待っていても工事の人は来ませんでした。電話するとNTTまで取り継がれていなかったようで、次に提案された工事日は5月6日でした。全てが最悪な会社です。インターネットは別の会社にやってもらったほうが確実です。
