★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まずはスタッフが優しく指導してくれ皆笑顔が良いですよ。健康器具は使いやすく自分に合った調整で出来ます。プールも有り全身運動最適。サウナとシャワーも有り運動した後は汗洗い流せます。マッサージ部屋が有り身体をほぐして気持ちよく帰れます。
First of all, the staff kindly give guidance and everyone smiles. Health appliances are easy to use and can be adjusted to suit you. There is also a pool and whole body exercise is optimal. There is sauna and shower, too and can wash away sweat after exercising. There is a massage room and you can relax your body and feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとした体育館。地域にあるものとしては必要十分。シャワー室がコイン式なのは不満だ。健康を増進する施設にも関わらず時代遅れもいいところ。
A small gymnasium. Necessary and sufficient for being in the area. I'm dissatisfied with the coin-operated shower room. Despite being a facility that promotes health, it is also a good place to be outdated.
