★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant ambiance and a fine choice of chopsticks. There is a selection that you can request to have engraved, which is done impeccably well. The staff are very warm and accommodating, they even served us tea and some pastries while we wait for our chopsticks; we had some of them engraved.
The place is easy to miss though. It is located on the second floor of an unassuming store that sells kitchenware, which is quite common in Kappabashi.
