★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1949年に先代の伊与田文吉氏が開店。浅草最古で元祖である人形焼の木村家で修業し独立。譲り受けた梨、栗、 桃、ナスなどの型がある。餡ありか餡なしかを選ぶことが可能。現在は三代目が継承。不定休で9時から14時までの営業だか、午前中に売り切れることが多い。300円からあり。
浅草の本家と比べると素人が焼いたみたいで失礼極まりない。
The predecessor Fumiyoshi Iyoda opened in 1949. Trained and became independent at the Kimura family of ningyo-yaki, the oldest and original doll in Asakusa. There are types such as pears, chestnuts, peaches, and eggplants that have been handed over. It is possible to choose with or without bean paste. Currently the third generation inherits. しっかりした歯応えと甘さは昔から変わらず美味しいです。
大人になってからは予約できる事を知り、必ず予約購入してます。
あんこ無しの人形焼(カステラ)
１袋（300g）590円税込 予約すれば100g単位で注文可能だそうです。
店のたたずまいは昔のままで、いつ行っても懐かしく、カステラの形も可愛くて癒されます。

大量購入して冷凍庫へ。冷凍状態から食べてもめちゃ美味い！
今年も予約して大量に購入しました。
店主ご夫婦もとても感じが良かったです。
あんこ入りは冷凍するとアイスモナカの様に美味しく頂けるそうです。
早速やってみます〜
カステラはその場で300g完食。美味しかった〜
浅草のカステラ生地よりもちっっとしていて軽い感じが好き。
昔ながらの安全なおやつ。
隙間があるから、そこからはがしながら食べても美味しい。ひとつひとつが違う可愛らしさがあります。
形を変えず代々受け継がれている事が凄い〜。
美味しく頂きます。

此方のお店の人形焼(1個60円)・カステラ(300g590円)は、子供の頃より食べてますがシットリもっちり食感で全く飽きの来ない美味しさです。
西荒井大師に来たら是非買いたいお土産ですが、遅くなると売り切れるので参拝前に先ずお店を覗きますw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アンコが苦手なので人形焼きは食べたことがないのですが、小さい頃からこちらのカステラ焼きが大好物です。
シンプルですが、すごく美味しいです。
たまに無性に食べたくなります。
すぐ売り切れてしまうので、朝か買いに行くか電話で予約してます。
主人に食べさせたところとても気に入って、一人で大師に散歩に行くとお土産に買ってきてくれます。
子供達もこのカステラ焼きが大好きで、食べ始めると止まらないと言ってます。
以前カステラ焼きに似たお菓子をサービスエリアの出店で食べたことがあるのですが、こちらのと比べると全然美味しくなく違いに驚きました。
それ以降カステラ焼きはこちらのしか食べません。
