サロンに通い始めて、はや６か月。長年、ひどい肩こりに悩まされてきた私ですが、今は、だいぶ楽になりました。以前は整体にも行ってました。その時は、気持ちがよいのですが、次の日には、また肩こりが復活。でも、カイロ＆リンパは、施術を継続するうちに、肩こりが軽減されていきました。しかも、肩こりだけではなく、その日の身体の状態を、先生が教えてくれるので、自分では気づかなかった身体の不調、注意すべき点などがわかり、普段の生活改善にもなりました。私のお気に入りは、ホットストーン。足の指に挟んだり、背中を転がされると、とても気持ちがよいのです。施術が始まると、次第に身体がポカポカ。これが夜まで続き、ぐっすりと眠れます。ちなみに私の娘は、施術が始まると、すぐに眠りに落ちるようです。手足に障害を持つ娘の足は、いつも冷え冷え。ちょっとでも温かくなって欲しいと思い、娘も通うようになりました。私は、施術中も先生とおしゃべり。仕事のこと、家のことなんでもお話して、ストレス発散。わたしにとって先生は、お姉ちゃん的存在。娘も、私に言わないことを、先生に相談しているようです。長年、こんなものだと思ってきた自分の身体。でも実際は、疲労困憊したボロボロな状態。まだまだ長生きしたい。これからも、親子で先生に身体のメンテナンスお願いしたいです。施術で癒され、可愛い猫ちゃん＆わんちゃんに癒される、とても素敵なサロンです。

寝返りも出来ないほど凝りが酷く寝ていても首が硬直している状態でしたが、１回目のマッサージでその日の夜寝返りをうつことが出来ました。マッサージに何箇所も通っていましたが、施術してもらっている時は気持ちよくても、終わってみると何も変わっていませんでした。和手あてさんは、マッサージの方法も他のところとは違い、強く揉むということはしませんが、終わったあとの効果はしっかり身体に現れます。定期的に通い、７回目の時は「なに、このスッキリ感！」が感想でした。スッキリしたんです。先生はとにかく丁寧に身体を優しく手あてしてくださいます。自己治癒力が回復していく助けをしてくださってるのがわかります。そして看板犬の舞来さんがお出迎え、お見送りしてくれます。施術が終わると看板猫の櫻子さんまで顔を出してくれて、またまた癒されます。そらさんも出てきてくれると、超ラッキーデーです。
