新しく車の見積もりを出してもらう際、自分が注文していない（言っていない）事をされ、｢それは出来ません。それは出来ません。｣と何回もやられた
（10インチナビ＆バックカメラ＆リアスポイラーを付けようとしてカタログを見てこちらは言っているのにカタログに載っていないことしようとしていた）
それと、入店時に誰一人出迎えに来ず、店内に入って探してから来た感じ。
飲み物提供なし。
それと店員の熱意も感じられず、笑顔もなかった。
また、カタログも不完備
信用性に欠け、二度と行きたくない店。
他の店舗行った方がおもてなしとかしっかりとして買う方向に移るな。

When I was asked to make a new car quote, I did something I didn't order (don't say), and I was told "I can't do it. I can't do it."
(I was trying to add a 10-inch navigation & back camera & rear spoiler, and looking at the catalog, I was trying to say that it wasn't in the catalog though I was saying this)
And it feels like it came from looking into the store without coming to meet anyone when entering the store.
No drink provided.
And I didn't feel the enthusiasm of the store clerk, nor did I smile.
Also, the catalog is incomplete
Stores that lack credibility and do not want to go again.
Don't move to the direction where you go to other stores to buy as hospitality or firm.

I visited the sales office without appointment at around 10:30 am on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. They kindly and politely responded to us, such as guiding them to the parking space, explaining the exhibited vehicles, and making estimates.

どんな小さな不具合でも対応
センサー(接触回避)の修理交換で1度対応して頂きその後快調
先日オートマのレバーが動きにくく夫が見せにいったところ「中に小銭はいってました笑」と対応してくださったみたいで‥こちらの不手際(多分私)にも関わらず笑顔の対応にタオルのお土産まで 本当すみません
初めてトヨタで購入しましたが､いつ行ってもサービス･アフターフォロー全てに置いて一流
安心感が違います
The purchase is at another store, but since it is close to my home such as repairs, I am indebted here.
Handle any minor defects
The sensor (contact avoidance) is repaired and replaced once, and then it is in good condition.
The other day, the lever of the automatic transmission was hard to move, and when my husband showed me, he seemed to respond with "I had a small change inside lol". I'm really sorry for the souvenirs
I bought it at Toyota for the first time, but whenever I go, it is top notch in all service and after-sales follow-up.
The sense of security is different

スタッフの方もとても感じ良く対応してくれました！
実際に車をチェックしてくれた関根さんは説明もとても分かりやすく、最終的に無料でネジ止め修理して頂きました^_^
