★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 珍しい機関車や貨物台車が来る時は、撮り鉄の方が付近によくいらっしゃいます。近年、マナーの悪い撮り鉄の方もいるようですが、下り側は岡山ドーム付近から撮影しやすいスポットがあるためか、あまり侵入するなどのトラブルは聞きません。
