★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車の点検に行きました。11時過ぎに自転車託して14時過ぎまで待ちましたが、質問にも丁寧に答えてもらい、自分では分からないオプション品の提案や説明も分かりやすくしてもらえて良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、子供の自転車を買おうと思って寄ったのだけど、そこにいた若い店員が売ろうという意思がまるでなくて、ろくに商品説明もしてもらえず、買う気がみるみるしぼんで店を出る羽目になってしまった。ネットで購入すればいいんだが、調整してもらったり後々を考えると実店舗がいいだろう、なんて考えてたんだけど……。
……その後、Amazonで自転車を買ったんだけど、毎日学校の行き帰りに乗っていたせいか、ある日、パンクして帰ってきた。しょうがなくイオンバイクに持ってって、１時間ほどで直してもらった。うーん、やっぱりこの種の自転車屋さんは近くにあったほうが便利でいいや。Amazonはパンク修理してくれないからな。

After that, I bought a bicycle on Amazon, but one day I was going back and forth from school, maybe one day I punctured and came back. I had no choice but to bring it to the AEON Bike and had it fixed in about an hour. Well, after all, it's better to have a bicycle shop of this kind nearby. Amazon doesn't repair flats.

二人いたのでどっちかわからなかったが
一人は商品の知識がないのかやる気がないのか聞いてもパッケージに書いてあること以外なにもしゃべろうとしなかった。
もう一人はブレーキがすり減ってるだけで買い替えたほうが早いと云われた。(ちらっと見ただけで)
絶対やめた方がいいと言うわけではないがこの店の言うことを鵜呑みにするのは危険すぎる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応が非常に不快だった。主に接客してくれた方のほうはとても親切で良かったけれど、自転車を修理していた方のメガネの若い店員にはとても腹が立った。私の自転車を修理していたわけでもないのに人の自転車に口出ししてきて、なんの解決策を提示するわけでもなくただ文句を言われた。自分は自転車を見れば一目でダメなところがわかると自慢したかったのか知らないけれど、あんな接客されたら私は二度とこの店に行こうとは思わない。
The clerk's response was very unpleasant. The person who mainly served customers was very kind and nice, but the young clerk with glasses who was repairing the bicycle was very angry. Even though I wasn't repairing my bike, I slammed into someone's bike and didn't offer any solution, just complained. I don't know if I wanted to brag that I could tell at a glance what was wrong with my bicycle, but I wouldn't go to this store again if I had such a customer service.
