3	324 you. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年6月に新しい料理人を迎えられての再オープンのお宿のようです。140年以上の歴史ある養蚕農家をリノベーションされた趣のある古民家宿でした。閑静な住宅地にあり夜は虫たちの奏でる音色で眠りにつき、朝は鳥のさえずりで目覚める心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。一泊二食の食事付きのプランで夕食、朝食ともに自然豊かなこの土地ならではの食材を提供されており楽しいコース内容です。料理人の方の丁寧な仕事がお料理に映し出された素敵な食事でした。ホスピタリティも素晴らしく、季節を変えてぜひまた訪ねたいおすすめのお宿です。 It seems to be a reopening inn with a new chef in June 2020. It was a quaint traditional Japanese inn renovated by a sericulture farm with a history of over 140 years. We were in a quiet residential area, and at night we slept in the sounds of insects, and in the morning we were able to spend a pleasant time awakening with the chirping of birds. The plan includes a meal with two meals per night, and both dinner and breakfast are provided with ingredients unique to this region, which is rich in nature. It was a wonderful meal in which the polite work of the chef was reflected in the dishes. The hospitality is wonderful, and it is a recommended inn that you should definitely visit again when the season changes.
藤	藤原岳史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一棟貸しのある、元養蚕農家の古民家を改修した宿泊施設で、古民家の趣を感じながらも清潔感のある設備で大変満足しました。親しい仲間での利用だったので、周りを気にせずゆっくりすごす事ができました。 I was very satisfied with the clean facilities while feeling the taste of an old folk house at an accommodation facility that was renovated from an old folk house of a former sericulture farmer who rented a whole building. Since it was used by close friends, I was able to spend time slowly without worrying about the surroundings.
D	Daisuke Nakahara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の食材を使った料理が素晴らしいです。天然の鮎や鰻、鹿肉、自然農法で作られた野菜など、食材本来の味を活かした調理方法で、手打ち蕎麦も美味しいです。シェフは仕入れの度に生産者を直接訪問するそうで、生産者のお話を伺いながら食べることで、より一層料理を楽しむことができます。宿は築100年以上の元養蚕農家で趣きがあり、集落自体が、国の重要伝統的建築物の地域として認定されているので、周囲を散歩するだけで日本の美しい原風景に出会えます。別の季節にまた宿泊したいと思います。 The food made with local ingredients is wonderful. Handmade soba is also delicious with a cooking method that makes use of the original taste of ingredients such as natural ayu, eel, venison, and vegetables made by natural farming. The chef seems to visit the producer directly every time he purchases, so you can enjoy cooking even more by listening to the producer's story and eating. The inn is a former sericulture farmer over 100 years old and has a taste. The village itself is designated as an important traditional building area of the country, so you can meet the beautiful original scenery of Japan just by taking a walk around. I would like to stay again in another season.
