稲	稲垣真奈美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取空港にて車をレンタルして、昨日帰ってきました。4日間鳥取付近を観光しました。すごく満足できる旅行となりました。最終日に、天気も良いし空港周辺を散歩でもして、お土産を買ったりするため、早めに空港に着きました。ニッポンレンタカーさんのカウンターは、不在だったで、とりあえずどうしたら良いか？電話をかけたら、「今行くので、待っていて下さい」との事。来るなり、笑顔なし。「車はどこに置いてありますか？」と聞かれたので「あそこに」と空港入り口付近を指さしたら「あそこってどこですか？」すでに、これはムカついてるな～と思いました。（自分の会社のレンタカーは一目でわからないものでしょうか？）「普通は、駐車場に停めていただくのですが」と言う（駐車場の表らしきものを見せてきましたが初めてみました）「じゃ、停めてきます」と言ったら「いいですよ、いきますからっ！」とキレて言いました。借りた際に、女の子が雨だから持ってきますねという、良い対応だったし、レンタカーの戻す場所まで、説明もされていません。あんな対応をいつもしてるのでしょうか？私も非常に不愉快だったので、「感じ悪いね～」と言いました。一人の不愉快な態度で、鳥取の印象が全て悪くなりました。ホテルも観光地も最高だったのが、最終日で最悪となりました。私も観光業を仕事にしています。気を付けなければならないと思います。鳥取空港のニッポンレンタカーの男性スタッフが、今後そういう事がないことを祈ります。こんな、不愉快になった旅行は初めてです I rented a car at Tottori Airport and came back yesterday. Sightseeing around Tottori for 4 days. It was a very satisfying trip. On the last day, we arrived early to get some good souvenirs, taking good weather and taking a walk around the airport. Nippon Rent-A-Car's counter was absent, so what should I do for now? When he called, he said, "I'm going now, please wait." Come, no smile. When asked, "Where is the car located?" I pointed to the area near the airport entrance saying "Over there" and thought, "Where is that over there?" (Does your company rent a car at a glance?) "I usually stop at the parking lot." Staff is kind and help you with a little bit of english but enough to help you a lot. The office is inside the conan airport close to arrival gate and easy to find. The cars are very clean and easy to drive with english or japanese navigation system. You get the car and return in the aiport parking. You don't need an translation of your driving licence but only your driving licence + international driving licence. I will use nippon rent-a-car for my next rent a car. Very professional staff and clean cars ^_^
