The 24-hour business has almost disappeared in Tokyo, but I thought it would be better if it was open 24 hours a day on weekends if it was outside Tokyo, one station from Koiwa.

忙しいのは承知しますが、お金出してオプションで付けたチャイルドシートがこれってありえますか？
毛玉も酷いですが、中の綿も出てきているし子供が使うもので手に取ったりする可能性も十分にあるのに。
従業員の方も若い女性と男性ばかりでしたので、気にしなかったのかな？と思いましたが、あれだけ従業員がいるなかで誰も指摘せずに、これを使用してたのかと思うとビックリです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015/8/29の話です。フィットを予約していました。レンタル当日の窓口で「対象の車が前日事故った為代用車でよいか」確認され了承し、アクアを出されました。金額について何も説明がなかったため支払いを済ませてしまいました。後で領収書と予約金額を確認したところ予約より金額が高くなっておりもやもや。事前に金額の確認をしなかったのも悪いかもしれませんが、代用車と言われて金額が高くなると思うでしょうか？もう二度とニッポンレンタカーは使いません。(レンタカーの話題を見るといつも思い出してしまうくらいショックが大きかったので、これを機に投稿させて頂きました)
This is the story of 2015/8/29. I booked a fit. At the window on the day of rental, I was asked "Is it okay to use a substitute car because the target car had an accident the day before?" I paid because there was no explanation about the amount. When I checked the receipt and the reservation amount later, the amount was higher than the reservation and it was hazy. It may be bad not to confirm the amount of money in advance, but do you think that the amount of money will be high because it is said to be a substitute car? I will never use Nippon Rent-A-Car again. (I was so shocked that I always remember when I saw the topic of rental cars, so I posted this as an opportunity.)
