あと、車のナンバーが京都で借りているのに他府県ナンバーの車を用意されると違和感あり。
今回新車を頼んだところ、走行距離が50キロ未満の車で、大変気持ち良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業所員がひとりなので、混雑したときは手続きに時間がかかってしまいます。営業所も少し立地的に借りた車の出入りが難しいときもあります。ですがいつも親切丁寧に対応していただいています。
Since there is only one sales office staff, it takes time to complete the procedure when it is crowded. It may be difficult to get in and out of the rented car because of the location of the sales office. However, they are always kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝晩でお会いした3人のスタッフさん全員が丁寧な対応でした。前の道の交通量が多く出入が大変ですが、また利用したいです。
All three staff members I met in the morning and evening were polite. There is a lot of traffic on the previous road and it is difficult to get in and out, but I would like to use it again.

スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、出る時も誘導してくれます。
今までTポイントだけだったのが、楽天とｄポイントにも対応したんで、嬉しい。
