Correspondence is polite. However, despite the quick start booking, the explanations were long and took over 15 minutes.

On this day, a young male staff member was busy changing cars in the parking lot under the scorching sun. When I noticed it, I sprinted hard and greeted me cheerfully and responded politely. Recently, I'm addicted to Nippon Rent-A-Car.
