ぽ	ぽちゃっこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月、安かったため引越しで利用させていただきました。契約はメールでのやり取りでしたが、返信がこなく終始不安でした。ダンボール受け取り日、1日中自宅にいましたが、届きませんでした。 17時を過ぎた頃から、ダンボール受け取り希望日を連絡したメールに返信がなかったため、メールを確認しているのか不安になり、再三電話やメールをしましたが繋がらず… 翌日も営業時間内に何度も電話とメールをしましたが繋がらず、翌々日に朝イチで電話してやっとつながりました。ダンボールは電話した日に届けられましたが連絡が取れなかった間、ずっと不安でした。(メールは確認されていたが、配達されていなかったようです) また、引越し日の時間は指定することができず、引越しの2日前に連絡するとのことでしたが、電話もメールも来ませんでした。またしてもこちらから電話し日時を伺いましたが、謝罪もなく、左様でございますか、と。このようなクチコミはしたことがありませんが、あまりの対応でしたので、閲覧された皆様の参考になれば嬉しいです。 In March 2022, I used it for moving because it was cheap. Since around 17:00, I didn't receive a reply to the email that notified me of the desired date for receiving the cardboard, so I was worried that I was checking the email, so I made repeated phone calls and emails, but I couldn't connect ... The next day, I made many phone calls and emails during business hours, but I couldn't connect, and the next day, I called in the morning and finally connected. The cardboard was delivered the day I called, but I was always worried while I couldn't get in touch. (The email was confirmed, but it seems that it was not delivered) Also, I couldn't specify the time of the moving date, and I heard that I would contact you two days before the move, but I didn't receive a phone call or email. I called again from here and asked for the date and time, but without apology, I wondered if it was Mr. Left.
