★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 積和は信頼できるんですが生じる下請けのアーバン企画開発の管理とオーナーへの提案（客付けに特化したあまり、特に建物への管理、メンテ、建て替えの提案が適当すぎます、建築の知識はあるんでしょうか？）がくそ過ぎて信頼出ません。港北、川崎地区に限る話なので積和の技術力には一定の評価がありますが御社の足を引っ張る下請けが非常に残念です。安かろう悪かろうですか？
