とにかく待って待って待たされました。(2018年10月現在)待って診察室に入ると予約優先だから仕方ないと言われ、その冷たい態度に落胆しました。他の方も書いてますが予約『最優先』なようです。体調不良のような時々しか来ない人は後回しのようですね。体調不良なので後回しは辛いです。他に体調不良できて帰った人がいました。

祖母が訪問診療でお世話になっているので、私も風邪をひくとお世話になってます。 久しぶりに行くと診察室が改装されて綺麗になっていました。 先生、受付スタッフの方、皆さん親切で丁寧な対応が良いです。

まず看護婦達が患者さんにタメ口ってのが驚きでした(全部の患者さんに対してじゃないけど) 他のクリニックじゃ考えられない。 だからなんか凄く昔の病院って感じを受けました。 後、診察室はもっと明るくした方が良いと思います。雰囲気暗い。 これも他のクリニックと比べて明らかに違和感が有るレベルです。

一人暮らしの大学生で風邪を引いた。周りに友人も居ないし親にも心配掛けたくない、でも病院に電話とか怖すぎる…って時に見つけた病院。Web予約可能で、学生相手でもちゃんと応対して下さる。インフルの予防接種もお願いした(勿論web予約可能)けど、注射が上手な先生でスッと終わる。 とりあえず体調崩したら予約してみる事をオススメします。懐かしい雰囲気の良い所です。

医療従事者です。 ここのスタッフの清潔管理が意味不明です。 白衣で退勤して不潔です。そのままスーパーに来ないで下さい。経営者は何を考えているんでしょうか。そんな事の指導もできないんですか。 身内が往診をお願いしていますが全く話が通じないスタッフばかりで辟易としています。 以前はキチンとお話が通る事務?の方がいらした。間に入る連携マネージャーさんのチャラチャラした態度、姿勢。何度お願いしても先生に取り次いでいただけない経営方針。どこに訴えればいいのでしょうね。県?医師会? 管理者という方と電話をお代わりいただきましたが、お身内?奥様?全く話が通じず困ると言うより恐ろしかったです。今一度、スタッフの教育、情報管理などお考えになって下さい。 しつこいですが、白衣で院外のスーパーや、店舗に寄るのはやめましょう。せめて上着を着用しましょう。

会社の健診で再検査だったため、高血圧で大先生の時からずっと通っている母の勧めで、初めてにん内科に行きました。以前八事日赤でカテーテルをされてたという副院長が診てくださり、心臓のエコーをして、心臓の状態を絵を描いてとても分かりやすく丁寧に説明してくれました。今後は1年に1度のフォローでいいとのことで、安心しました。 40年以上続いてるクリニックのようで、少し懐かしい感じもありましたが、居心地よく気に入りました。

数日間体調が優れず、コロナが心配で、初めてにん内科のオンライン予約をしました。すぐに受付から折り返しの連絡があり、クリニックがコロナ感染予防の対応で、熱がなくても診療時間の最後で外での診察か、オンライン診療を選べるとのことでした。外での診察を希望したところ、防護服を着た院長先生が丁寧に対応してくれて、診察室ではなく、外での診察であったこと、時間が最後になってしまったことなどを大変申し訳ないと謝ってくれました。診察後はコロナではないと思うが、にん内科ではPCR検査ができないので、確定診断ができないとのこと。今後の注意点を説明してくれ、また体調に変化があればいつでも連絡して下さいと言ってくれました。とても心強かったです。薬局のお会計も代理で済ませてもらって、にん内科さんは院内感染予防をきちんとされてる印象でした。医療機関は大変なのにとても親切な対応でした。幸い処方してもらったお薬で体調も良くなりました。

義理の父が認知症でかかってましたがとにかく不親切、薬の小分けもしてくれません。そのくせ薬ばかり処方し、とにかく金儲け主義の病院です。中国人ぽいからしかたがないかな。
