★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半世紀近く港湾施設を工事しつづけており、漁業での取れ高は年々先細り、漁師を廃業する者が年々増加するが、港湾施設だけでは無く、河川も永遠と掘り返し、泥土が流れ込み河川周辺は全てコンクリート化したために栄養が海に流れずホワイトアウトしているがそれすら理解出来無い程、漁協関係者の知能が低い。基本、モラルは無い。
 We have been working on harbor facilities for nearly half a century, and the fishery yields have been decreasing year by year, and the number of fishermen who are out of business has been increasing year by year. Because it is all made concrete, the nutrients do not flow into the sea and are white-out, but the intelligence of fishermen's cooperatives is so low that it cannot be understood. There is no basic or moral.
