★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日主人が購入したスラックス(一度使用)に小さな穴が空いていて店舗に連絡。後日河内長野店に伺うと、理由も聞かれる事なく「新しい商品をご用意してます」と、スタッフの方がすぐに交換してくれました。穴が空いた原因がこちらかもしれないのに…?本当にこの対応にびっくりしました。と同時に感謝です。
