要件を伝えたら、何も言わず工作室へ私のパターを持って行き作業開始。
作業時間や工賃の説明はなし。何か言って貰いたかったのですが、店長と二人でシャフトからグリップを抜きました。
工作するのを入り口にたち見ていました。古いグリップのままで良いかどうか聞きたかったのですが、立っている私がいるのを二人とも気付かないのか無視。
店長に苦情を伝え、御詫びはありましたが、そっけない態度。
以前オーダー品を頼んで、到着しているのに忘れて連絡がなかった、その時も苦情を伝え御詫びされたのですが。
ゴルフ用品店が少なくなっているので、仕方なくこの店を利用していますが、残念なお店です。

I ordered an order before and forgot to contact me even though I had arrived. At that time, I complained and apologized.
We are using this store because we have few golf equipment stores, but it is a shame.

最近お店行っても、何となく活気が減ったような、店員さんとクラブ談義している方の光景が減ったように感じます。
馴染みの店員さんに会う都合も無くなり、店を変えるつもりです。
