★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理会社が替わってから、とにかく良くない。今もまた無連絡の工事のドリル音でうるさい。管理人さんが居たころは、古いなりに丁寧に治して直して建物を大事にしてるのが感じられた星５だっただけに残念。数ある改善点を申し上げるチャンスも可能性も期待できないので、今後次第で評価は変えますが今は間違いなく１。工事も終わりましたが、エレベーター前が節電で真っ暗だったり切れた電球放置など、人が携わってる感が薄いのがなぁ
そして最近、急に諸問題が解決しだした。後は2階がタバコくさいぐらいかなぁ
