★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陸上自衛隊朝霞駐屯地の南側を走る道路と駐屯地の間に整備された石畳の多い散歩道。防災基地から東へ500メートル程度歩くと大泉中央公園や和光樹林公園につながっている。
左右には草木が植えられており、季節の花も楽しめる。観察をされていた方に話をうかがったら、100種類ほどの植物を発見したとのこと。四季を感じられる道で、途中に小さめの東屋もあるがトイレや駐車場は無い。
残念ながら距離が短い。自転車で通る方もおられるので話に熱中していると危ないことも。

Plants are planted on the left and right, and you can enjoy seasonal flowers. When I asked the person who was observing, he found about 100 kinds of plants. It is a road where you can feel the four seasons, and there is a small eastern store on the way, but there are no toilets or parking lots.
Unfortunately the distance is short. Some people go by bicycle, so it can be dangerous if you are absorbed in talking.
