★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年前に3カ月兄がお世話になりました❗病院からの紹介でしたが、次の施設に入るまでの生活でしたが⁉️とても良かったですが、出る前の大要が余り良くなかっです、痴呆のせいも有りましたが！?ちょっと残念?⤵️⤵️でしたね
My brother took care of me 3 months ago ❗ It was an introduction from the hospital, but I was living until I entered the next facility ⁉️ It was very good, but the outline before coming out is not so good , But also because of dementia! ? It was a bit disappointing ?⤵️⤵️

従業員同士のセッションは行われているようですが、肝心な申し送りは無いようで、椅子を含めた破損の指摘を行っても一ヶ月後の訪問でも修繕もしくは交換破棄が出来ていません。
気付かずに座ると転んで怪我しそうです。
各階層が臭い、お年寄りが多いので止む無しなのですが、他の施設に比べて異臭が漂っています。
腐敗臭や排泄臭とはまた違った臭気なので清掃が行われていないタイプの臭気に近いです。
従業員の給与が安く労働環境が悪い、入所していた母からの話ですが他の施設より時給が実際数百円安く、福利厚生も無く、ヘタをすると無給で数時間働く事もあると愚痴を溢されたそうです。
全体的に従業員に覇気が無いのも頷けました。
良い点が一つ、天気の良い日は施設外周を従業員付き添いで散歩に回るそうで、運動療法的には非常に良い手だと思います。

It is a story from my mother who was in the hospital that the employee's salary is cheap and the working environment is bad, but the hourly wage is actually several hundred yen cheaper than other facilities, there is no welfare, and if you get tired, you may work for several hours without pay It seems he was overwhelmed.
I also nodded that the employees weren't totally upset.
One good point is that on sunny days, it seems that you can go around the facility for a walk with employees, so it is a very good exercise therapy.
