セルフの宇和島うどんはここでも大好評。
特別美味しいわけではないのに、なぜか癖になる。セルフと言えば讃岐うどんを連想される方もおおでしょうが、大介うどんは讃岐風ではなくちょっと腰の柔らかい宇和島うどんです・・・宇和島人にはソウルフードともいうべき大介うどんを大洲の街でもどうぞ。
とはいうものの、最近丸亀製麺に押され気味…頑張れ大介！

安定の鰹ベースの出汁。てぼに好きなだけ、うどんを入れるシステム。そこまで、旨い?ってうどんでは無いのですが、大洲市に来ると食べたくなります。

普通の熱いおうどん、お蕎麦の出汁は、私にとって薄いのでここで知恵を使わせてもらいます…ザルの出汁を別途注文で冷アツで。薄い!と感じた方は、是非。
