20200805 (月)900～1700 新高5丁目の配水管経年劣化に伴う工事について、事前に周知されていましたが、20時過ぎても工事してて、配管を新しくしてくれるので、騒音のなか我慢してましたが、さすがに終わる気配がなく、また自転車で出掛ける用事があったので現場の方に何時まで続けるのか警備員に確認すると、作業員の人(体格のある方) が睨みだし、少し恐怖を感じました。現場の仕事なので、作業に遅れることは仕方ないことも承知していますが、作業員の威圧的な態度は違うと思いました。水道局の方(電話受付なかちさん)から状況確認して折り返しますとのことですが、まだ連絡ありません…。忙しいのでしょか？職員の方々はこの心境を知るはずもなく…ですね。とりあえず、作業員の方々が去るまでじっとしときます。

I was a little scared. I understand that there is no choice but to be late for work because it is a job at the site, but I thought that the intimidating attitude of the workers was different. The Waterworks Bureau (Mr. Nakachi, who accepts the telephone) will confirm the situation and call back, but I have not contacted you yet... Are you busy? The staff cannot know this feeling... For the time being, I will sit still until the workers leave.
