ウエルシアは周辺のウエルシアよりは少し小さいです
マックは販売していない商品が多数
ダイソーは周辺のダイソーより広く品揃えはいいです

数少ないテナントが個人商店っぽく、行ったついでに見る分には面白いかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦市の旧新治村にある、郊外型ショッピングセンターで、当時は遠方からかなりの集客力を集めていましたが、郊外に次々とさらに大型の商業施設がオープンしたこと、さらには当時のキー店舗である「長崎屋」が全国的に業態変更をした際に、商圏などの理由から、「ドン・キホーテ」に業態変更ができなかったため、スーパーエコスと、募集テナントの集合体になっています。しかし、ドラッグストアウェルシアのほか、２階の１００円ショップダイソーは、近隣では大型店の部類です。なお、フードコートはありませんが、１階にはマクドナルドも入居しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フリマ出店の参考に出来ればと、コロナ禍でも土曜日に開催が有るとの情報をみて、行きました。 フリマは……、出店の参考には全くなりませんでしたが、さんあぴお店内がとっても面白かったですね。 特に二階の『ガラクタや』は、昭和生まれにはたまらないタイムスリップ感を体験できるお店です。 また行きたいとは思いませんが、不思議な空間でした。 昭和世代の皆さん是非一度❗
