★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁度目の前にある大きな道路を朝の混雑、渋滞時時にスタッフが反対車線から仕切りのポールの間を無理矢理にはいり駐車をしていた
普段から受付の態度も悪いしスタッフの教育をしっかりして欲しい
The staff was forced to park between the opposite lane and the partition pole when the road was crowded in the morning and the traffic was congested on the big road just in front of us.
The receptionist's attitude is usually bad and I want the staff to be well educated.

The self-study space on the 2nd floor is too hot. Feels like 30 degrees or more. It's ironic that the name of the self-study space is an oasis. The management room with staff is very cool. I want you to check the temperature and humidity of the air conditioner again.
