とあるコンビニが5万円以上にもかかわらず印紙が貼っていない為、印紙税申告納付につき●●税務署承認済なども記載されていない旨を伝えると、個人的とかに使うなら全く問題ないですよ！って(当方はその領収書が提出な関係で質問をしたはずでしたが。)おたくの税務署大丈夫？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟市が合併して、管轄の範囲が広いくせにアクセスが悪すぎる。
ここが近くて便利なんて市民はごく一部だと思う。
また、忙しいのかニアミス間違いが多いクセに素直に非を認められない謝れないダメな人間が多い。心の無いまさにお役所仕事。
今まで、何度も利用してるが100%嫌な思いをして帰ってる。
良い気分になった事はない。
せめてフラットな気持ちで利用させていただきたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階の厨房前に待合椅子がありそこで申告手続きの順番をまっていた。
その際、厨房の中の女性スタッフ達が延々に誰かの悪口を言っておりそれが丸聞こえ。
税務署内の人も気づいて注意しないのかは不明だが、待ち時間中ずっと聞きたくない悪口が耳にはいってきて、とても気分が悪く苦痛な時間だった。
There was a waiting chair in front of the kitchen on the 2nd floor, where I was waiting for the filing procedure.
At that time, the female staff in the kitchen were endlessly saying bad things about someone, and I heard it all.
It's unclear if the people in the tax office will notice it and not be careful, but it was a very sick and painful time when I heard bad words that I didn't want to hear all the time while I was waiting.

こちらの不安な事に対してしっかり教授してもらい、無事に更正の手続きが出来ました。
対応してくださった女性のI様、本当にお世話になりました。

内容を把握出来ていないのか、『今聞いてきます！』と言って10分も待たせられた、私はかけ放題だからいいけど、そうじゃない人は電話代やばくなります。
もう少し対応出来るように学習してほしい。
