校長はじめとした先生方は常に斜め上から対応でお役職仕事。
It's a junior high school that I can't really say for the sake of students.
Teachers, including the principal, always work diagonally from the top.

簡単に言いますと、生徒のことは何にも考えてません。生徒は相手を傷つくことをやっている人が沢山います。
The students and some teachers at this school are crap. Teachers have forced abuse and corporal punishment of collective responsibility.
Simply put, I don't think about students at all. Many students are doing things that hurt their opponents.
