★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域金融機関としての信用金庫は否定しないのですが、なんだかやる気があまり感じられない。店舗やATMがどんどん削減されていく中、どうしろと？と言う感じも否めない。
え？本店だよね？？って感じるくらい。地銀の窓口の方がまだ声があったりする。ちゃんと入ってくる人見ないと防犯上も良くないと思うんだけどな…と心配になりました。
自分のところのサービスをホームページでは情報が出ているのに窓口が理解していないという失態もちょっとないな、と感じるところ。
このままだと正直広域信金合併でもないとサービス向上だったりは望めないかもと感じた。
