★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居宅介護事業所では箕面市でトップレベルのケア内容です．私は利用者ですが, 心遣い気配りはもちろんの事, サービス時間を全て気持ちの良い生活が出来るようにと来られる方全員が支援してくださいます．また来られている登録ヘルパーさんが他の事業所へ移った事がないというのも驚きです．総括されておられる方が大変お優しく, 一人一人のヘルパーさんを大事にされサポートされておられるので, 居心地の良い職場環境だという事が, みなさまから伝わってきます．他事業所も利用してきましたが, 様々な不安を抱えておられたり, ただこなすだけの毎日であったりシフトに過労が重なったりと色々聞いていますがニチイだけが誰も一言もそういった不満も不安も聞いた事がありません．イキイキと働いておられる姿を見させて戴いていると, こちらも心が清々しい気持ちになります．人との接し方から学ぶ事も多く, 大変お世話になっており, ひとことでは言い尽くせぬ感謝でいっぱいです．本当に素晴らしい事業所です．いつもありがとうございます．
