平田牧場の豚肉が好きな方には脂のコクという意味では物足りないかもしれませんが、個人的にはこちらの豚肉の方が肉の旨味とモチっとした歯ごたえが堪らなく好きです。
全て美味しいですが、豚シャブ肉とトンテキ用のロース肉がイチオシですかね。
ホルモンも人気みたいです。
