「何かあったら、なんでも相談してください」
と対応がとても良く、トラブルが起きた際には当日のうちにご本人が現状を確認してくれて、大家さんへの連絡から業者さんが来るまでがスムーズで、こちらからは一度連絡しただけですべて手配してくれて解決して頂けました。辞める時にも
「何かあれば小林不動産に相談してください」
と言って頂きとても感謝しております。
その方が辞めた後のトラブルが起きた際の対応では、三度こちらから連絡して、ようやく１０日後に現状確認に来て頂き、その後は
「業務外だから、大家さんと直接やりとりしてくれ」
と言われ何度も大家さんや業者さんへ連絡を取り、すべて終わるまでにはかなりの期間が掛かりました。
こんなにも対応が違うのかと思いました。
上階のベランダから落下物があり相談した際の対応では
「風が強いからだろう、注意はできない」
「そんな事で連絡してくるな、上階は別の不動産屋の担当だ。」
「自分で連絡しろ。連絡先はネットで調べろ」
「管理費を貰って管理しているわけじゃない」
「警察も動かない。証拠は有るのか。カメラで撮っていたのか」
などかなり強い口調でありがたいお言葉をいただきました。
相談のつもりで連絡したのに【クレーム】という言葉を何度も繰り返していて、まるで私が【悪質クレーマー】かのような対応をして頂きました。ありがとうございます。

It took me a long time to get in touch with the landlords and vendors many times.
I wondered if the correspondence was so different.
When there is a falling object from the balcony on the upper floor and you consult with us
"Because the wind is strong, I can't be careful."
"Don't contact me about that, the upper floor is in charge of another real estate agent."
"Contact yourself. Look up your contact information online."
"I don't get the management fee to manage it."
"The police don't move either. Is there evidence? Was it taken with a camera?"
I received a very strong tone and thankful words.
I contacted him with the intention of consulting, but he repeated the word "complaint" many times, and he responded as if I were a "malicious claimer." Thank you very much.
