10人ほど待っている方が居て、50分〜1時間待ちは当たり前。受付の際に「只今混雑していて時間頂いてます」等の案内は一切なし。
「時間がないため郵送希望」した際も、送付先のヒアリングまでに20分以上待たされる。結果、全部で30分近く待つことに。それでも、「普通に待つよりは早く案内してますので」とのこと。
1時間近く待つときはせめて事前に伝えて欲しいと要望を言うと「そういう案内をしてる時もあります」と謎の回答。。
体調だけじゃなく気分も悪くなる。
もう行かない。
