★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本の薬事法では薬局は患者の処方箋を拒否出来ないが、この薬局は在庫が無いからと平気で追い返そうとする。
こういう場合は確実に在庫のある他の薬局を紹介するか、取り寄せして患者に届けねばならないのだが、面倒臭そうに追い返しているのが恐ろしい。
在庫がないと言われて断られた場合は法律違反です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和大学病院の小児科にかかって、目の前にある他の薬局にいったものの、在庫がなく、この薬局を紹介されたので利用しました。
大きな病院の前にある薬局なので混んでいて時間がかかるのは仕方がないですが、自分よりも後に来た人10人程度が終わっているのになかなか呼ばれず、子どもがぐずぐずして大変でした。
小児の薬だと時間がかかるのでしょうか？特にそのような説明もなかったので待っている間いつまで待てばいいのかわからず、困りました。
こちらから確認すると後少しで用意できますと答えてくれますが、向こうから何か言ってくることはありません。
今飲んでいる薬との組み合わせの説明も特になかったです。他の薬局では確認して説明してくれていたので残念です。

しかし、戸越の日本調剤さんからも在庫を移動して頂けるとの事で、職員の方が電車を使って運んで頂けまして、合わせて処方箋の量を確保、30分間で全量を揃えていただけました。
日本最終日だったので、店員の皆さんにご心配頂き感無量です、本当に助かりました。
