は	はらちよしのぶ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 区分マンションを購入した直後からしつこいDMが来ています。そもそも不動産を所有してから5年以内の不動産売却では短期譲渡所得となり税率が39%となり高額です。高額で買い取っていただけるわけでもなく、オーナーのことなど何も考えていないのでしょうね。（なお、提案価格はオメガ安いので論外です）（大手不動産会社提示額の6割未満の価格でした）最近は「○回目のお便りです」と記載されていて名刺まで入ってて本当に迷惑な会社。 Immediately after purchasing a condominium, a persistent DM has arrived.
