★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セキュリティがしっかりしている方だと思います。建物自体もまだまだ綺麗ですし、ゴミ捨て場も管理の方がしっかり対応してくれており、とても気に入ってます。
隣なのか上からなのか他の部屋からの振動が時々ドンと伝わってくる事があります。壁が薄いんですかね。
今まで住んでいたマンションでは経験した事がないので少々びっくりしました。
困っているのは駐輪場です。上下2段に停めるタイプのものですが、番号が付いていて、各室にアサインされています。
上段の番号の方が、番号通りのところに停めず、敷地内で空いているところに勝手に停めているので、自転車も出しづらく、ぶつかったりと非常に迷惑しています。
この様に住人の方の中にはマナーを守らない方もいるので、その点ではとても残念です。
管理会社の方の対応に期待します。
