谷	谷口友子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パートで働いています。去年チーフが変わり、それと同時に何もしないくせに口ばかりの栄養士が来ました。前の現場でも一緒でしたが、その時は栄養士の上に上司がいたので普通でした。今は上司が居ない現場なのでやりたい放題。衛生検査が入る時だけ必死なかんじに点検や掃除をしてます。パートは研修がある時期だけ呼ばれるのですが、その間自分達は掃除等何もしていません。コロナの影響で1年ぶり位に行ったら、給茶機がカビだらけ！研修生は居ませんが職員さんは飲んでいると思うので気の毒です。パートの悪口を別のパートに言ったり、そのせいで辞めたパートも大勢います。雰囲気は温厚てすが中身は最低。あんな社員を置いている会社なので全く信用出来ません。 8年働いていても時給はずっと埼玉県の最低時給。一緒に働いてたいたパートさんもほとんど辞めてしまったので、12月から現場を異動させてもらいました。私もそろそろ辞め時かなぁと思っています。前の現場のチーフやマネージャーはキチンとした方達だったので、本当にその現場によって対応が違うダメな会社ですね。 I work part-time.
