Y	Yujin Shimoyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスを依頼するためにメールと折り返しのお電話で訪問面談を予約させていただきました。面談前にどうしても事前に確認したいことがあるとの電話を最初の担当の方とは別の方からいただきました。外せない会議中の出来事でこちらの事情は説明し、電話当日に同社の方が訪問されるお約束でしたので、できればその時にお願いしたいとお伝えしましたが、「どうしても聞いておかないといけないことです！」とあまりの剣幕でした。よってそのままお話をよく聞いてみることにしました。「申し込みは電話口の方本人ですか？」が一つ目の質問、「普段お電話させていただく電話はこの電話番号であってますか？」が二つ目の質問でした。さらに話し方がゆっくりでこの質問にたどりつくまでに5分かかり、こちらが業務中であるということは電話の冒頭に説明させていただきましたが、ご配慮いただいている印象はありませんでした。評判がいいと聞いているベアーズさまだけに、こうした対応は非常に残念に感じます。今後の改善を望みます。 I booked a visit interview by email and call back to request the service.
