★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、健康診断で利用させて貰いました。初めてだったのですが、タブレットを利用したシステムで、とてもスムーズにご案内をして頂けました。先生やスタッフ方々の雰囲気も良かったので、今度は風邪をひいた際にても利用させて貰おうと思っています。

受付の女の態度が最悪でした。こちらから挨拶をしても返しもせず、早口でいきなり採尿の説明。朝から気分が悪かったです。

態度が悪いだけならまだしも
同じことを何度もやらせるし、
ろくすっぽ進行案内もないし、
朝っぱらから気分を害す、
会社の出勤時間より早く指定されて
出ていってこれかよって感じ。
会社の健康診断じゃなきゃ２度と来たくない。行かざるを得ない方は並んででも左の受付にw左の子と半分くらいの看護士さんは感じよかったです

待ち時間は長く、問診は雑。
看護師さんは親切でしたが、
全体的に大きい声での私語が多い。
予約優先とありましたが、
健診予約は対象ではないのでしょうか。
外来優先なら注意事項にそう記述すべかと。
このご時世長居したくないのは
皆さん一緒でしょう。
何か理由があるなら一言説明が必要かと。
職場での健康診断利用でしたが
2度と利用したくないです。
次回は場所を変えてもらうように伝えます。

身内に不幸があり、直前に日程の変更をお願いしましたが、早い段階の希望の日程での予約をしてもらえてとても助かりました。
空いているわけではないのですが、みなさんの手際が良いからでしょうか、あまり待つこともなく各検査にスムーズに案内してもらえて、いままで同じ検査を別の施設で受けていましたが、今回が一番早く終了しました。他の方の口コミを見て、待つと書いてあったので後の予定を遅めに設定していたのですが。。。結果、ほとんど待ちませんでした。予約の時間帯などにもよるのかもしれません。私は平日の8：30に予約しました。
受付の方、看護師さん、検査スタッフの方、どの方も親切に対応してくださいました。
問診の先生も、とても優しくて相談しやすい雰囲気だったので、いままであまり相談したことはありませんが、気になっていることを質問してみたところ、丁寧に優しく答えてくださり安心しました。とても嬉しかったです。
今後はこちらにお願いしようと思います。ありがとうございました。

I made a reservation at 8:30 on weekdays.
The receptionist, the nurse, and the inspection staff all kindly responded.
The interview teacher was also very kind and easy to consult, so I haven't consulted much until now, but when I asked him what he was interested in, he answered politely and kindly, and I was relieved. I was very happy.
