M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年のいい夫婦の日（１１月２２日）オープンされた新しいお店です。前から気になっていたので入ってみました。昼時間のせいかお客さんは多く、運よくカウンターに通して頂けましたが確実に入りたい方は予約をされた方がいいです。（予約でキープされている席がありました。）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ランチメニューは５つありました。牛タンと生姜焼きは数量限定です。そのほか山形牛ステーキ、ハンバーグ、カレーがありました。私はハンバーグを注文しました。待っている間雑誌を読んでいてそこにお店の記事が載っていました。　抜粋しますと・・・およそ３０品目に上るメニューも『自分が食べて納得したものだけをお出ししています。』と話す中でも国産の牛肉は山形牛またはA4～５の黒毛和牛を提供。豚は米の娘豚や桜美豚、鶏はさくらんぼ鶏と選び抜いたものばかり・・・・・　　　　　それだとしたらこの価格で提供してくれるとは！！。（都内や大阪では絶対１．５～２倍はします。）ありがたいです。　　　　　　　　　　頂いたハンバーグはコロコロしていて食べるのも楽しい（平べったくないのでうれしいといいますか。）ソースも含めとてもおいしいかったです。夜のお肉も頂きたくなりました。ご馳走様でした。 This is a new shop that opened on Good Couple Day (November 22nd) last year. ゆ	ゆめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静かな雰囲気のお店で居心地が良かったです。お肉の焼き加減はレアです。レア大好きな私にはたまりません。肉1枚1枚が丁寧に焼かれていて1番美味しい焼き加減で提供されるので、ゆっくり食べたいけど箸がどんどん進みます。夜メニューのパテドカンパーニュ。めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。あれ食べなきゃ絶対損です。美味しいです。店の飾りだと思っていた生ハム原木、本物でした。店の隅で仲良く2本並んで、店主からツヤッツヤに切り落とされてお皿デビューするのを待ってました。こちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。箸止まらない止まらない。写真を撮り忘れたのが悲しいですが、またお店に行って、次は写真も撮りつつ舌鼓を打とうと思います。 It was cozy in a quiet atmosphere.
