y	yusu w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここが保有している物件を2年契約をしたのに半年で取り壊しがあるから出て行ってくれと言われました。最初は補償もなく交渉して渋々5ヶ月分無料になりましたが、手紙一枚で出て行け、さらには自分からは補償はしない、補償も最初は知らん顔され弁護士に相談したと言った途端、補償に応じました。しかしそれも一般的な家賃半年分ではなくかなりの時間しぶられてやっと5ヶ月分になりました。法律を知らない他の住人には補償もなく出ていかせる、そういう会社だと感じました。 I signed a two-year contract for the property I own, but I was told to go out because it was demolished in half a year. あ	ありな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり勉強不足のど素人営業マンにとても気分が悪い思いをした。とにかく段取りが悪く。頭が悪いのでしょう。失礼きわまりないし、大切な一言が言えない会社の人ばかり。数年以内に会社は潰れるのではないでしょうか？この会社は最低で、関わったことは私の大失敗。この会社の店長クラスでも幼い子供の使い程度。営業マンにどんな教育をしているのか会社のトップの顔が見てみたい。家を買うという人生で大きな出来事や、お客さんの想いを大切にしない会社は最低。星一つもつけなくないです。ただし、建物を建てた会社やローンなどについての相談に乗ってくださった方々はとても丁寧で親切な対応でした。なぜこんな会社と関わっているのだろうかと思った。この方々がいなければ、自宅購入は諦めてたと思う。 I felt very uncomfortable with an amateur salesman who lacked much study.
