★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最安のKクラスを利用。出発時のキズ確認時、車体に小さなキズがたくさんあったので適当に流してしまいました。「キズ確認前に書類にサインしといて」と言われた時点で怪しむべきでした。
返却時、見に覚えのない小さなキズに6.5万を請求されました。走行中にぶつけたなんてコトはありませんでしたし、何が何やら。後から気づきましたが、請求書の中身はレンタカー代金だけで修理代金の名目は含まれておらず。
手痛い勉強料となってしまいました。安いレンタカーには安いなりの仕組みがあるんですね…どうしても使う場合は、出発前には車体の写真を撮っておくと良いかもしれませんね。

Upon returning, I was charged 65,000 for a small scratch that I didn't recognize. I didn't really hit it while I was running, and what was it. As I noticed later, the contents of the invoice are only the rental car price, not the nominal repair price.
It was a painful study fee. Cheap car rental has a mechanism that makes it cheap... If you really want to use it, you may want to take a picture of the car before you leave.

同じグレード車種だと確実に他店より綺麗かつ安全だと思いました。
また、スタッフの対応もとてもよく、気持ちが良かったです。
大手のレンタカーには無い細やかな気配りが感じ取れました。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

電話対応が非常に悪い若い女性スタッフがいます。
個人的にはもうこちらの系列店は利用したくないし今後一切関わり合いたくないなと思いました。
ある意味人を怒らせる評価だと星5の最高評価かなと思います。
1人のスタッフのせいでお店全体の評価を受けるのはおかしいかとは思うのですが正直あり得ませんでした。
