★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に従業員を教育するという概念が無く、モールド部門の社是は「最初から出来ない奴など存在しない」でした。初日からベテラン勢と同じ動きが出来ると信じてやまない狂人どもとの仕事は今でもトラウマになっています。「逆に」と「要は」が口癖でありながら話は何一つ逆でも要点もついていない話をダラダラする変人、大声でキレる割には満面の笑みを浮かべる異常者、一秒前まで普通にしていたのにいきなりキレ出す危険人物等々…奇人変人狂人に囲まれてこちらも精神に異常をきたしてきます。
