★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相談員によって態度が違うし、障害者に対する言動でなかったりと、いわゆる配慮が足りない。特に女の相談員がそうだ。女も男の相談員も、相談しても回答できず相談にならない。解決策を提示できない。なんのための相談員なのか？役立ちません。そのわりかなり金取る。親身になって話を聞こうとしてるか、なんとかしてあげようとか、やる気がないのではないですか？人によって態度かなり違うみたいだし。
The attitude differs depending on the counselor, and the so-called consideration is insufficient, such as not speaking or acting for persons with disabilities. This is especially true for female counselors. Neither female nor male counselors can answer even if they consult, and they cannot consult. I can't offer a solution. What is the counselor for? It doesn't help. Instead, it costs a lot of money. Isn't it motivated to listen to the story with kindness or to do something about it? It seems that the attitude is quite different depending on the person.
