前菜からお刺身、お鍋の味付けまで間違いない。
日本酒は愛媛の地酒を中心に、グループなら4合瓶から選ぶ形になる。ビール?はハートランド。
I enjoyed the Que Nabe course at a reasonable price.
There is no doubt about appetizers, sashimi, and seasoning of pots.
Sake is mainly local sake from Ehime, and if you are a group, you can choose from 4 bottles. Beer ? is Heartland.

家からもの凄く遠いけど、今回の松山はほんとこのお店のために来たと言っても過言ではありません。前回は出張できましたが、今回は家族で旅行。（子連れで無理言って入れてもらってすみません＆ありがとうございました。）
料理は、前回は里芋の煮付けだったかぎ出てきて、美味しすぎてお代わりしました。今回も各料理が美味しくて、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。それぞれの単価は安いのに、私が食べるといつも6,000〜9,000円位になってしまいます。完全に食べ過ぎです(^^;;けど、それくらい美味しいんですよねー。
来店時にはお客さんいなかったのに、帰りは満席になっていました。
そして、今回は何よりもバイトの子がもの凄く愛想良くて朗らかでお店に花を刺してる感じがしました。

There were no customers when I came to the store, but on the way home I was full.
And this time, more than anything else, I felt that the part-time worker was very sweet, cheerful, and stabbing flowers in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターがあって、奥に座敷席が１つ。口数の少ない大将とバイトの女の子？が接客してくれます。お手頃価格ですが、同伴の方も来るお店です。
料理は手間暇かけてます。お刺身も新鮮でおいしい！地のものを使った料理の数々は、当然ながら仕入れ状況によって変わります。また、お酒も好みを言えば、ご当地のお酒の中から選んでくれます。
カウンターでしっぽり飲んでいる人もいれば、奥の座敷で楽しんでいるグループもいる。もちろん、同伴の方もいる。地元の方に愛されているお店です。出張の方、おススメです。

１人で行きましたが、とても居心地が良く大将とアシスタントの女性、常連の方と楽しい時間を過ごせました。
料理は旬のものを使っており、お酒は地酒。
素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20時くらいに入店、訪問。外からの雰囲気もいいし、カウンターがビシッと構えていて、清潔感漂う。まずは生ビール、ハートランドで美味い。突出しも非常に美味しく、刺身、おこぜの煮付けと堪能しました。大将はとても気遣いがあって、無口だけど、注文するタイミングにはしっかりと聞く姿勢があり、手際良く、無駄がない。ごちそうさまでした。是非松山市に来た時はお見逃しなく！
