There is an intractable disease consultation desk. rely on! .. It seems that there has been an inpatient ward for Tebe (tuberculosis) for a long time ☀️❔. Recently, tuberculosis is gradually increasing among young people? ?

I was hospitalized twice for respiratory surgery. I am grateful to the doctors for their accurate judgment and the nurses for their polite response. I'm always waiting for you because I'm not coming anymore. Most of the food was delicious.

It is good for Honma because it often ends smoothly even though the temperature cannot be measured before and after arrival.

A family member visited the clinic because a sleep apnea outpatient clinic was set up. It seems that he was very pleased with the doctor in charge of the examination and explanation with polite words and deeds. It was a one-night, two-day test, and although I have almost no complaints, it seems that it will go smoothly if there is a letter of introduction from a nearby doctor.

Since it is a fact, I will write it in detail. And I don't want to be taken care of by the hospital here for the rest of my life, so I will write in detail. I don't really want to even add ☆ 1. My father-in-law was hospitalized in another hospital in Nishi Ward for about a year with severe schizophrenia. At the end of October, I lost consciousness many times from a sudden epileptic seizure and was urgently transported to this hospital by ambulance. In a hurry, I took a break from work and rushed to the hospital with my wife. I went to the reception desk and said, "I'm a relative of XX who was transported due to an emergency today, but what is the situation? I said, without any explanation "We will process the hospitalization, so please sign here." I was informed. Normally, this is the situation, so you need to be hospitalized. I think that you will be hospitalized after having a general explanation of the situation. There was no explanation of the situation or condition, and I was forced to sign the hospitalization procedure. (Of course I didn't sign on the spot) In addition, the procedure is usually done after an explanation is given on the spot, isn't it? When I talked to him, he said, "Is that so?" And I was disappointed that he was doing clerical work without cooperation. And I don't even confirm. After that, when I was guided to the ward, I was told to the nurse that I was a daughter and my daughter's husband, but was it the patient's brother? I don't understand the question. (By the way, my father-in-law is 75 years old, so you should know immediately) You explained it now, right? If you say that, you will be laughed and returned. It's not a laugh. Can't you understand how rude it is? Also, when my wife explained to me at the time of the examination, Alzheimer's was mentioned on the paper even before the examination. I haven't been told by the hospital that had been hospitalized for such a diagnosis before the test, but what do you mean? But what do you think of the patient's family when they say, "Is that so?" ⇨ Alzheimer's has never been diagnosed in a previous hospital, and I think he wrote it by his appearance and his father-in-law's behavior before the test, but it was originally a symptom of severe schizophrenia and it was also the carrier. I was talking from the hospital. After a few days, it was decided to leave the hospital and return to the previous hospital, and when I was informed that I should come at 9 am on what day, when I visited the hospital, the doctor in charge did not have surgery, and the nurse said, "Diagnosis in writing. I wrote it, so please ask me about the diagnosis results at the hospitals I have used so far. " Isn't it something that would normally be inspected and explained at the specialized hospital? I was hospitalized because I couldn't treat or diagnose at the previous hospital ... Also, my father-in-law is prone to aspiration pneumonia, so I was instructed by the previous hospital to serve white rice, even though I was asking for porridge instead of white rice. It's not possible, and I thought it was a hospital that was neither qualified to see medical care nor qualified to care for it. What kind of explanation did you give if you died from this? By the way, was it white rice? ?? You wrote it with the instructions of the previous hospital, right? When I said, "That's right," he said without apologizing. If I made a mistake with allergies and other mistakes, it was related to death. Despite the medical field. I didn't apologize for any medical or nursing mistakes in the office work. It's over. I don't think you should go to this hospital no matter what. This is the first time I've been angry.

To put it straightforwardly, the receptionist and the nurses lacked explanations, so we couldn't cooperate. I was surprised after being discharged from the hospital because I was charged 30% of the out-of-pocket cost for the hospitalization examination and less than 40,000 yen for two days and one night ... I thought something was wrong and I checked with the receptionist, but I explained ... I had a developmental disability, so I used a pen to draw important points so that I wouldn't make a careless mistake or make a mistake. Unfortunately, the papers that looked exactly like the contents overlapped, and I could only see the amount of money for one night. At the final confirmation, when I asked the nurse, "Isn't it enough for 30,000 yen?", I answered "yes". I should have confirmed it more suspiciously, this is my denial. I was diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia from Niigata University for many years, and finally I couldn't live a social life ... In order to get a prescription for a certain drug, I was inspected under the name of narcolepsy. We do not perform puncture inspection. However, unfortunately, I had a medical examination before spring. Anyway, the private room is cold and the air conditioner can not be heated at the turn of the season and it is too cold to go to the toilet many times, or I wake up every 2 to 3 hours, I can not calmly inspect, it is painful and stressful Could not be an inspection. The nurses and clinical laboratory technicians were polite and close to me. The most angry thing was a sleep outpatient doctor It was declared that "no medicine can be given except for narcolepsy and sleep apnea syndrome." I was surprised that the sleep doctors in Niigata had less understanding, prejudice and narrow vision than in Tokyo. There were some understanding doctors on Twitter, so I often consulted with them ... I would like to propose another drug there, but I have to give it ... "I can't give you medicine, I don't have time anymore ...", and the total amount was just under 40,000. It's too terrible ... I can't take medicine, and it's the same as saying that it's okay to be neat because I live in my parents' house. I was given an advice sheet, but I was furious that I was stupid and threw it away. "Wake up even if you are sleepy during the day! Take a nap for up to 30 minutes!" No ... I have idiopathic hypersomnia because I can't do it. Did you hear about it? level. I will never come here again because I was told by a person from "Narukokai" about a specialized hospital that I understand in Tokyo ^ ^

Anyway, lack of explanation, lack of communication and cooperation of staff. The worst hospital. I don't want to get involved again if I can. When I was hospitalized for an examination that I could only do here in the prefecture, the reception time was different from what I had heard in the first place, and even after being passed through the room, I had to wait many times every time I wrote some documents, and I was hospitalized. He said that another person would come to explain his life, but he was left for two hours and suddenly had a meal, so he said, "I haven't heard any explanation yet." Didn't you read the file? " I think there are explanations of facilities, equipment, time, etc. that are not written even if I read them. Sure enough, the time when I could use meals, showers and toilets, the availability of snacks, the time when I couldn't move from bed, etc. were all hit by lack of explanation. Obviously there is a lack of coordination between doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, and clerical staff, but each time there is no apology, each staff member gives instructions with a bossy, laughing, sloppy attitude. It was unpleasant. In addition, a mysterious special room fee with unknown grounds other than the medical fee was additionally charged. There wasn't enough explanation or choice, and even if I actually used it, it wasn't quite convincing. Rip-off is also good. Since it is a hospital, patients naturally take it for granted, but there is no fragment of hospitality. It was the first time I felt so unpleasant at the hospital.

Our wheelchair user. I go to the hospital for rehabilitation, but I am always satisfied with my response. The adjacent "Niigata College of Medical Technology Nishi Niigata Central Hospital Campus" is on the same site. Niigata Kotsu's route bus The nearest bus stop (bus stop) The route from "National Nishi Niigata Central Hospital" to the hospital is almost a steep uphill to the hospital, so manual wheelchair users are extremely dangerous even if accompanied by an assistant. My wheelchair is electrically assisted so it can be moved, but I don't think it's safe so I can't recommend it. Wheelchair users should use their own cars (there are relatively many parking spaces with the International Symbol of Access in the hospital parking lot), UD taxis that require reservations, and long-term care taxis. The taxi company closest to the hospital also has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, but it is necessary to make an early reservation. As mentioned above, it is not safe to move between a bus stop and a hospital in a wheelchair, but for wheelchair users who do not use their own cars, the cheapest access method seems to be a fixed-route bus. The details of the route bus between "Niigata Station" and "National Nishiniigata Central Hospital" that are used occasionally are described below. However, not all fixed-route bus vehicles are wheelchair-accessible, so prior confirmation is required. Departure / arrival in front of Niigata Station Outbound: "Niigata Station (Niigata Station Bandai Exit Bus Terminal)" Platform 6 (W10-W12 Ariake Line Uchino Sales Office Yuki et al. ⇒ "National Nishi Niigata Central Hospital (diagonally across the Masago Post Office Road)" Platform 1 (required time about 35 minutes) Return: "National Nishi-Niigata Central Hospital (Joyful Masago B side)" platform 2 (W10-W12 Ariake Line Niigata Station Front Yuki / W14 Ariake Line Niigata Station South Exit Yuki / W15 Yuki in front of Niigata Station ⇒ "Niigata Station" / "Niigata Station South Exit" (Time required: about 40 minutes)
