タ	タンスにゴン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前、自分のお客様番号が知りたくて、ＮＨＫの推奨しているナビダイヤル０５７０－０７７－０７７に電話しました。通話５分間無料を心して３０数回かけたのに結局１回も案内につながることはありませんでした。あとで例月より１，０００円も高い通話料を課金されてから、この番号が携帯の通話５分間無料の対象外であることを知りました。ひどい話です。運営するＮＴＴコミュは１分３０円の通話課金が目当てなのだからあの手この手で話を引っぱり、「絶対に繋がない」ことで何度もかけさせるワケです。こんなタチの悪い”案内”サービスを設置して視聴者の通話料を搾取させているＮＨＫさんの見識を疑います。気づいた視聴者は怒ってますよ？後日、ふと気がついてＮＨＫ松江放送局の営業部に電話してみました。そしたらなんと一回でつながり、とても親切ていねいにお客様番号を教えて頂きました。はじめからそうすればよかった。悪質なナビダイヤルに★１、営業部の対応に★５。二つを平均して★３です。 Not long ago, I called NHK's recommended Navi Dial 0570-077-077 because I wanted to know my customer number.
