★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望した塗り薬を処方してもらえなかった。こちらを舐めているとしか思えない。皮膚科なのに専門医が週一日しか来ないのは如何なものかと思う。
 I couldn't prescribe the medicine I wanted. I just think I'm licking it. I wonder what a dermatologist would come to only one day a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々同じビルの階の内科にお世話になっており、皮膚科も同時に行けるところないかな～と探していたら、同じ階にあるじゃん！ということで、初めて受診してみました。
が、まず入ってすぐ受付がいない。奥の方から話し声笑い声が聞こえるので、誰かはいるのだろうと「すみません〜」と何度声を掛けてみても、誰も出て来ず。その後まぁ待てば誰か来るかと、5分待ち続け、それでも出てこないので痺れを切らして、受診室の方面まで入っていくと、やっと気付いてもらえたが謝りの一言もなく、陽気なテンションのまま対応され苛立ちました。
ちなみに私が受付前で5分程待っている間も、他の患者さんが受診しに見えてましたよ。その方もスタッフが誰も受付に来ないので諦めて帰られました。皮膚科営業が本業じゃないんですか？別日に用事で行った時も、ベルで5回ほど呼びましたが誰も来ませんでした。なんの為にベルを置いているんですか？？？謎です。
それと受診していない日に何故かこの病院からカードの引き落としがされており、電話にてその旨をお伝えしましたが、確認して数日後にまた折り返しお電話差し上げます！と言われ2週間くらい経っても来ず、こちらから電話しましたが、2週間ものの間特になんの対応も取られてなかったようですね。その上もし返金してくださる際も私が取りに行かなくちゃいけないらしいです。それも申し訳ありませんとかも無く、｢取りに行かなくちゃいけないですか？｣と聞いたら｢そうですね～｣とだけ言われて苛立ちしかありません。ここまで酷い病院は初めてです。全てに対して不信感しかありません。いつもガラガラで患者さんが居ないのも納得です。星1も付けたくありません。0です。

By the way, while I was waiting for about 5 minutes before the reception, another patient seemed to see me. No one came to the reception and the staff gave up and returned. Isn't your dermatology business your main business? When I went for errands on another day, I called on the bell about five times, but no one came. What is the bell placed for? ? ? Mystery is.
The card was withdrawn from this hospital for some reason on the day that I did not have a consultation, and I told you that by phone, but after confirming it, I will call back a few days later! It was said that it did not come after about 2 weeks, and I called from here, but it seems that no response was taken in particular for 2 weeks. Also, if you give me a refund, I have to go get it. I'm sorry for that, and when I asked, "Do I have to go get it?" This is the first horrible hospital. There is only distrust in everything. It is understandable that the patient is always rattled and there are no patients. I don't want to have a star. 0.
